We specialize in extensive renovations of older homes. Most of our work has been in the City of Holland on narrow city lots that require builders who are good neighbors and a builder who knows how to navigate the approval process - whether it is the Historic Committee, the Zoning Board of Appeals, or the Planning Commission, we have experience in all these areas.

Since 2009, we have performed more than 50 whole house renovations for the local nonprofit organization, Homecor.

We enjoy renovating kitchens and baths, building new garages and backyard cottages, improving the home through floor plan changes and additions, and re-purposing original materials when possible.
